Dear Reader,
So many have asked: Why fire Bill Belichick, the
genius of our time, the modern-day Lombardi?
We're here to answer that question. Hence, we
begin a series of the top ten reasons to fire
our beloved coach.
#10: To prove he's really a genius. Is
Belichick really a genius? How can we tell? Maybe
it's his favorite QB Tom "Cindy" Brady that's the
real reason. Maybe it's his past offensive and
defensive coordinators. Maybe it's just plain luck.
But fire ol' Bill and put him in Detroit -- well, if
you can win in Detroit, you must be a genius.

This is why I grew up not caring about the NFL. When you grow up in Detroit, you tend to become a hockey fan.

Can the Red Wings go all the way?
I'm hoping the Bruins make a real fight of it this time, and also that the Providence Bruins (I go to a lot of AHL games) beat those damned Portland Pirates and Hartford Wolfpack.
I think genius Bill proved that he might be a good coach, but he falls far short in the human being department. His actions after the Super Bowl were deplorable - no class at all! You can have him Patriot fans!
